Youth For Sustainable Living

Alternate to water was water, but now water has become an alternative to soft drinks, especially among youth, which shows the control of market over us. And this has been portrayed as the process of development and to support this, many policies has been formulated. India, a developing country has set its target to become a developed country, but in this process, whose development, on what cost, definition, effects of it on our resources are few of the questions which are still unanswered or has been ignored at large.

To assist the Youth to come out of the consumerist culture and help restore more sustainable living cycle, this forum calls to:

- ​Critically examine the current practices of development based.

- Understand sustainable development, dimensions and viability.

- Create and or promote models for sustainable development.

- Place sustainable living as a resistance movement against market driven living.
